• Seller arranges the shipment on CFR basis. Epapertrade.com can help both the seller and buyer, but the seller must have control where the goods are being shipped.

• Claims are settled between buyer and seller as in conventional paper business. If requested Epapertrade.com will help to find a mutually satisfactory agreement and can also help to find independent arbitrator or e.g. quality control technician.

• Samples and specifications are available upon request and subject to supplier stock. This is just as in conventional paper business.
